This condo was set up prior to the homeowners closing. When the homeowner closed the transformation from just purchased to moved in was a matter of hours. They closed at 3 pm and were enjoying their dinner in the privacy of their new home at 6 pm. Everything was purchased and in its place. All the homeowner needed to do was bring their food and clothing and they were home.
